Hi there,

i want to modify my training so it doesn´t include running in hills & terrain. I still want to do intervals, but finding it difficult to do the hills/terrain at this stage. I tried to do this on my own, but can´t work out how to do it. Or should I just run the amount of kilometres on the flat instead if the hills?

Hi Rosie,

Yes it says hills/terrain meaning in fact some resistance. You can also go flat and a try to run a bit faster than usual for this zone. Or you can run flat on a surface without pavement, so that you´re challenged a bit more...

If this makes sense for you, it will work fine.
