I´m training for the Rome half March 13. I´m doing my first 16ks tomorrow so wish me luck. I´m looking for some guidance on what to eat and do the day before and the morning of. How much sleep? Do I eat at all if I run early 730 8 oclock? Just those kind of things. Are there special creams that we rub on our legs to keep our legs happier? Just dabbling in marathins and am aiming for the full New York this year so in the mean time I´m just doing select and beautiful half marathons close to home here in Geneva Switzerland. Nice talkin
