Hi Lars,

I can well see that your plan looks mysterious. I have corrected some of the basics regarding number of days, type of plan, etc.

BUT your zone sometimes looks completely wrong out, as you point out. I have initiated that we have found the cause. This should be fixed soon and before your adjusted schedule should take effect from next week. But I shall come straight back with status.

Then it should be in place. The reason for your very rapid zone times was that for some reason you had put your marathon goal for 4 minutes instead of 4 hours. This meant that the plan tried to put some quick zone sometimes, although not faster than any of the world´s best. Therefore, sometimes at 2 something per km.

Now it is fixed and you can take a look at both zone-times and training days. Into if it requires further adjustments. There is, after all, not so long to do well with, so there are limits to how hard the plan can be laid.

Then I´m going back to your original training plan and have increased to 3 days. Plus the zone time was supposed to be more realistic. It is therefore quite a simple program with only one training zone, but I can see from your settings the first time you need to run a marathon. So this plan is aimed mainly at getting you nice through the first time without special thought at the time.
