The best thing you can do is to follow the plan and see how it works. Your pace can be set more precisely if you add some race results in track record or do a 6 minute test and add that under tests. Both you find under menu Performance Tools.

The 6min test is simply to find out how many meters you can run during 6 min for full speed. Warm up and do this sometime in the near future.

I have a question! I am running know and I watch to my HR. For example- when I run 15-17 km my pulse is 130-136 bpm and the pace is 7.20-7.30 minkm. I read that this pulse is more important than speed. And you didn´t write about pulse anything. Why?

Also I have saw my plan and I think that I can run more. Usually I have 4 sessions per week - 10, 8, 6 and 17 km. Can we change it?
