Marathon training help

Translate Talks to:

Hi. I am a "big" runner. I have a build more suited to rugby, but now love running. I have been running for 3 years and have completed 4 marathons with times ranging from 4.12 to 4.20. I would love to break 4 hours, but always hit the wall and run out of steam. I need a good training plan and nutrition plan for my next marathon which is Paris - 3 April 2016. I do work long hours Monday to Thursday, so I always need to bear that in mind too.Any help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks. Mark

Hi Mark,

Thanks for reaching out. If you have been that close with 4:12, I´m sure we can break your 4 hour limit.

Any Boost plan is completely personal and optimized based on more than 50 questions about you. This ensures you the best training possible. And the time frame from now until Paris sounds fine.
