Hi Luciano Azevedo,
It´s important that you plan in some really long trips to strengthen your endurance and to give you an extra amount of surplus when approaching your goal. Looking ahead, what you mostly need is more intensity in your training. Your time goal seems to be very ambitious. It puts some additional pressure on the training methods needed and might be unrealistic. But to be sure, we need to test your speed a bit further or look closer at your track record.
